1.All performances must be registered online to perform in the TANA conference 2023
2.All the performances will be group performances (no solos) and should reflect our Telugu culture and heritage and be in Telugu/Sanskrit language only.
3.Minimum of 20 participants are required in a group performance.
4.Minimum age to participate is 8 years as of July 1st, 2023.
5.Each performance should not exceed more than the allotted time slot. TANA reserves the right to stop/shorten any performance that exceeds the allotted time slot.
6.If any individual would like to perform they can join any group performance created by TANA
7.A performer can only participate in one performance in the same genre.
8.The maximum number of programs a performer can participate in is two and in different genres (if applicable).
9.Performer is responsible to get his/her performance related material and it/they should be stage appropriate.
10.A 3 to 5 minutes YouTube link with actual attire of the performance (example : Costumes, gear etc,) , audio file should be submitted for review along with any special requests for visual display
11.Performance registration deadline is June 7th, 2023 (12 midnight EST).
12.If multiple programs are received for the same genre, TANA reserves the right to choose program(s) at its discretion.
13.TANA reserves the right to the order of the performances
14.Timelines for Cultural Entries
15.Skits - Not more than 15 minutes
16.Dances- Not more than 10 minutes
17.Folk Dance -
18.Dance Drama - Not more than 20 minutes
19.Drama - Not more than 20 minutes
20.Mimicry/Mime - Not more than 10 minutes
21.Instrumental/Acapella - Not more than 8 minutes
22.Special program - Not more than 10 minutes
